I offer therapy for individuals who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, struggling to connect with themselves and people around them, dealing with the pain of trauma, anger, fear, and anxiety, and coping with loss and grief. My therapeutic approach is greatly informed by an anti-oppressive, trauma informed practice, somatic and attachment based therapies. I bring over 20 years of practice experience in mental health and specialize in helping clients with anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, adjusting to change, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anger management, chronic health problems, and self-esteem.

I am also EMDR therapist. EMDR therapy can be very effective in treating traumatic memories and intrusive thoughts. The therapy works by helping clients to reprocess these memories in a way that reduces their emotional intensity and decreases the frequency and intensity of intrusive thoughts.

As an EMDR therapist, I have received specialized training and certification in the EMDR therapy technique. I have completed advanced coursework and clinical supervision in this modality, which allows me to provide skilled and effective treatment to my clients. I believe that every client has unique needs and experiences, and I work with them to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their specific goals and concerns.

During EMDR sessions, I provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to process their traumatic memories and emotions. I use a variety of techniques, including eye movements, tapping, or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help clients access and reprocess these memories in a way that reduces their emotional intensity.

My goal as an EMDR therapist is to help my clients achieve lasting healing and recovery from their trauma. I believe in empowering my clients to take an active role in their own healing process, and I work collaboratively with them to identify and address any obstacles to progress.

I was born and raised in Lithuania. I have Masters in Social Work degree, and I started my clinical practice in Europe.
